About Me
I was born and raised in University Place Washington. After graduating high school I attended the University of Washington where I received my Bachelor's of Fine Arts in Drawing and Painting. I enjoyed getting my painting degree but I was unsure how I would translate my fine arts education into a career I was passionate about. After two years of living the starving artist lifestyle I returned to school and earned an Associate's of Applied Science in Graphic Design. This has been one of the best decisions I have ever made. Graphic design is something I am excited about and look forward to. I do not regret my fine arts education, rather I am happy to creatively utilize my two disciplines.
When I am not designing I enjoy reading, tennis, kayaking and all things chocolate. I currently reside in Corvallis Oregon with my husband, daughter, cat, and horse.
